How To Make A Straight Line In Clip Studio Paint

I totally empathize what eyald needs; I'chiliad struggling for this feature as well.

I've compared CSP, PS, SAI2 for the similiar part (deplorable for my odd English language, and I had changed some hotkeys myself):

Equally for at present I adopt the directly line style of PaintToolSAI Ver. 2, it's the fastest software for drawing straight lines... (I also have CSP and PS) But bated from that, Paintstorm Studio is more powerful in near every way. I'chiliad recently migrating to Paintstorm, and I'thousand relying on a plugin called Lazy Nezumi to attain similar feature. But as a plugin information technology still has some flaws.

So...why is information technology so of import to depict straight lines "without" a ruler?

Merely by pressing or holding 1 primal, I can immediately describe straight lines supporting pen pressure level (in any desired bending). No need to accommodate the angle of a ruler. No need to call out the rulers states to find the right one to utilize. This is incredibly useful when "sketching", peculiarly when making comic pages (or making designs). Because I demand to constantly adjust my ideas and compositions of the perspectives, mechanical objects, article of furniture and weapons etc.... tons of things involving directly lines in lots of dissimilar angle, in every pages.

Let'southward imaging what if all those straight lines doesn't support pen pressure? It'll be ugly. Or cartoon all of them using rulers? It'll exist time-consuming.

In this case, to make the steps as simple as possible, is really much more than important than to use rulers to draw "super make clean and perspectively-correct straight lines". I appreciate the ruler tool right now, but it seems not too friendly for those users who are dealing with complex drawings. (And comparing Paintstorm to CSP, I actually similar Painstorm a lot more. Photoshop? Forget information technology. )

Suggestion:
- "Press" shift to switch on/off directly line mode.
- In straight line fashion, every stroke volition exist a directly line in any desired angle.
- When not in straight line manner, "hold" shift key and draw to get 0, 45 & 90 degrees directly lines.
- Always support pen force per unit area.

If this feature isn't deemed to be useful for plenty people or information technology's impossible to code, information technology's fine, I still can rely on the plugin anyway.
